Cancellation & Refund Policy
- A non - refundable deposit of Rs.3,000 per person to initiate a booking.
- If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip,75% of the cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 0-7 days before the start date of the trip,75% of the cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of No-show 100% & Booking Amount will be forfeited.
- In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired.
- We are not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program due to traffic, road construction, bad weather .
- Seating in the traveller will be totally our call since we have to make sure couples get adjacent seats, failing to comply to our requests will result on cancellations of trip of that person without any refund.
- No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
- Full payment of the trip cost must be made while boarding traveller. Pending payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip without booking amount refund.
