Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Booking Conditions.
- A non - refundable deposit of Rs.25,000 per person to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
- A non - refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 45 days from the date of booking
- A non - refundable deposit of 75% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 30 days from the date of booking
- A non - refundable deposit of 100% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 20 days from the date of booking
- Incase of non-refundable hotels, full amount needs to be pay in advance which is 100% cancellation.
- 6 Month Valid Passport copies( Front/Back) from Date of Travel
- Visa Fee & Service charges are non-refundable
- For Cruise booking: Full cruise payment required within 2 days of package confirmation.
- No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
- Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure as per cancellation policy
- Any flights, non-refundable hotel, cruise, visa (if applied) booked as part of this holiday package are non refundable and no refund shall be made upon cancellation.
- Cancellation Policy.
- 45 Days & Above Booking Amount will be forfeited
- 45 – 30 days: 50% of the total cost
- 30 – 20 days: 75% of the total cost
- 20 – 0 days: 100% of the total cost
- In case of No-show 100%
- In case of non-refundable hotels, full amount needs to be pay in advance which is 100% cancellation.
